BROTHERS IN BUSINESS
Stars and Stripes Marketing Services is a full-stack marketing agency situated in Winter Garden, Florida. Founded by brothers Austin and Zander Arthur, the company is grounded in their extensive experience in marketing and business development.
The entrepreneurial journey of Austin and Zander Arthur represents a compelling story of brotherly partnership and business innovation in Central Florida. Their path to founding Stars and Stripes Marketing Services was shaped by their early careers in public service and in hospitality - Austin as a firefighter paramedic and Zander as both a paramedic and a performer at Disney's Festival of Lion King show. This unique combination of emergency services background and hospitality experience (Austin also having been a longtime team member in the restaurant industry prior to becoming a firefighter) would later inform their holistic approach to business development and client relations. They would coin the phrase "Client Satisfaction with a Focus on Innovation," with their umbrella company Stars and Stripes Management Systems, understanding that customer service is king and remaining competitive in the marketplace is necessary to survive.
The brothers' complementary skills became evident as they built their businesses together. Austin's strategic vision and community leadership paired naturally with Zander's project management expertise and marketing acumen. Together, they started a management company that would evolve into a full-stack marketing powerhouse that combines cutting-edge technology such as AI with a partnership style touch. Their experience running their own successful gymnastics center, the biggest in the State of Florida and among the biggest in the nation (Gymnastics USA), gave them firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face, allowing them to approach client services from a position of practical understanding rather than just theoretical knowledge.
Today, the Arthur brothers lead Stars and Stripes Marketing Services with a distinctive "account-based" approach, focusing on building long-term relationships rather than pursuing one-off projects. Their leadership style reflects their shared background in emergency services - emphasizing quick response times, clear communication, and adaptable solutions. Community-driven, they both are passionate about giving back to the community: especially notable is Austin’s extremely active volunteerism and community advocacy, serving on over 12 community boards including Habitat for Humanity, Challenge 22 to End Veteran Suicide, Lift Disability Network, and many more.
As Co-CEOs, they've cultivated a company culture that mirrors their own professional journey: rooted in service, driven by innovation, and committed to measurable results in partnership with others.
